Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Device). I tried to 'update driver software' and select the driver manually in device manager. But now it is showing as 'BCM20702A0 unknown device' in device manager. So I tried with the installation cd of this dongle & installed it succesfully. But now, surprisingly, this new dongle isn't working as well! The support page of this dongle ( here) states that in windows 10, no additional driver installation is neede & it will be installed automatically. I brought a new Kinivo BTD-400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB dongle having Broadcom BCM20702 chipset (its compatible with win10) cuz my old built-in dell wireless 365 broadcom bluetooth wasn't working with windows 10 (but was working with win7 & 8). I have Windows 10 (build 10240) in my Dell Inspiron 1440 laptop.
